Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail / gift / lifestyle / customised products.
• Experience in store management or team leadership is an advantage.
• Familiar with POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
• Ensure branding, merchandising, and store cleanliness meet standards.
• Drive sales and develop new opportunities with customers and corporate clients.
• Lead CRM, handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote campaigns and events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
