Job summary

EcoWorld Development Group in Klang Valley is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Development to lead day-to-day retail operations, strengthen tenant relations, and elevate the customer shopping experience.

You will drive strategic planning, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and high retail standards across multiple spaces while delivering tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in retail operations, facilities management, or tenant relations.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role; proven ability to manage large retail spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations leadership to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and manage lease processes.
• Enhance store layouts, signage, and facilities for an appealing shopping environment.
• Lead customer service initiatives to improve experience and address complaints.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to boost foot traffic and sales.
