Coway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is expanding its retail footprint and seeks a Location Scouting & Lease Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. You will evaluate potential sites, support lease negotiations, and coordinate cross‑functional planning for new concept stores.

Ideal candidates have a business/retail background with 3–5 years in retail management, strong sales analysis, project management and stakeholder coordination. This role focuses on mall relationships and timely store openings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years’ retail management experience, multi-store preferred.
• Skilled in sales analysis, project management and cross‑functional coordination.

Mansioni

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations aligned with brand and target demographics.
• Support lease negotiations by gathering docs and preparing materials.
• Coordinate with landlords, agents and management on site viewings and terms.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations and Finance for store setup needs.
• Monitor market trends, rental movements and new opportunity areas.
