Job summary

Coway Malaysia is seeking a Retail Manager to lead nationwide store operations, drive profitable performance, and ensure a premium in-store experience. You will oversee multi-store performance, budgeting, P&L oversight, and KPI-driven strategies while developing Store Managers and retail teams.

The role partners with Marketing to execute campaigns and strengthen the Coway brand across Malaysia. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of retail management, strong operations and project management

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of retail management experience, preferably multi-store.
• Expertise in retail operations, SOPs, and performance management.
• Skilled in sales analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily retail operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing stores.
• Manage profitability through budgeting, P&L oversight, and KPI-driven strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and standards to deliver consistent results across outlets.
• Oversee new store development from site sourcing to launch execution.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute retail campaigns and enhance in-store journeys.
