Job summary

Boost Juice in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Assistant/Coordinator to support the Leasing Manager in identifying new sites and managing existing tenancies across Malaysia. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or property management and 3 years’ related experience in fast-paced retail development, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Property Management or equivalent.
Preferably 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced retail development environment with real estate contracts knowledge.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, visit, review and secure new potential sites for expansion in Malaysia with solid ROI justification.
Assist in managing existing tenancies and monitor renewals well ahead of expiry.
Review lease documents and advise on terms favorable to the company.
Coordinate processing, distribution and filing of lease documents after execution.
Support Finance with payments, insurance, and security documents for landlords.
Maintain leasing reports like Tenancy Schedule and Expansion Pipeline with timely updates.
Coordinate with Landlords and Internal Departments for tenancy matters, and build good rapport.
