Job summary

Coway Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure continuity of Branch Expansion Projects and daily Office Maintenance across more than 280 branches nationwide. You will coordinate project plans, renovation budgets, and vendor follow-up.

This role involves liaising with landlords/agents, breaking projects into actionable tasks with timelines, monitoring progress, approving contracts, and organizing site visits. Travel and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in relevant field.
• Proven ability in project coordination/office maintenance.
• Experience in construction/renovation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project plans and renovation budgets.
• Organise and liaise with Landlords/Agents to identify needs and objectives.
• Break projects into actionable tasks with timeframes.
• Assign tasks to contractors and assist with schedule management.
• Review and control renovation budgets and layout plans.
• Monitor progress, handle issues, and arrange site visits.
