REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad) is seeking a customer-oriented Wellness Shop Assistant to greet customers, understand their wellness needs, and recommend suitable products in a Mandarin-focused role. The position emphasizes accurate product information, stock maintenance, and smooth checkout experiences.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Mandarin, have at least 1 year in retail or similar settings, and are passionate about wellness.

• Replenish shelves and maintain stock availability.
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures.

• Able to communicate confidently and professionally in Mandarin language, both verbally and in writing. As this position is required to handle China customers/products.
• At least 1 year of working experiences in retail or similar setting.
• Passionate about wellness, healthy living, or natural products.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
