Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking, insurance, actuarial science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with life insurance / takaful partners and internal banking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve region sales target and productivity assigned by Management.
• Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies, identify and secure potential business opportunities from bank.
• Monitor team’s sales performance results and provide timely coaching sessions.
• Build strong and positive business relationships with bankers.
• Execute HQ and region bancassurance activities.
• Ensure effective day-to-day operations in line with SOPs and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
• Assemble and empower a high performing team with clear communication of imperatives.
