Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in marketing strategies to maximize Agency channel.
• Grow agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios for profitability.
• Collaborate with underwriters on risk acceptance within limits.
• Drive Agency Recruitment Programmes to expand the agency force.
• Organize relationship activities to engage agents and partners.
• Segment agency portfolios and identify growth opportunities.
• Review product portfolios for competitiveness and relevance.
• Develop structured marketing strategies to expand market share.
• Coordinate surveys and risk management programmes for Banca Retail clients.
• Monitor compliance with Credit Control policies, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
• Ensure activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
