Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan HRnet One Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, Bancassurance (General Insurance) in Penang to develop and service bank partners and achieve regional sales targets.

You will identify and secure new business opportunities from bank partners and continuously build strong rapport and relationships to drive growth in bancassurance products such as motor and non-motor lines. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills in English and BM.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience from Financial Services under Direct Selling or Sales Management function.
• Familiar with motor and non-motor products is a must.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency written and spoken in English and BM.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and servicing bank partners to achieve region sales target.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from bank partners.
• Continuously establish strong rapport and business relationships with the bank.
