Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary, is a fashion-forward retailer with exclusive rights to operate stores for famous brands in Malaysia and Singapore. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our expanding family and drive sales across our stores.

You will be an ambassador for our brands, delivering outstanding customer service, performing stock replenishment and price tagging, and helping to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray a professional, customer-oriented image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving store sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging when required.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Responsibilities

• To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
• To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements

• Passion for selling.
• Customer service oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language: English.
