Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary, operates premium fashion brands across Malaysia with expanding stores. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing family as Retail Sales Associates, delivering outstanding service and helping customers find the perfect looks.

You will be an ambassador for our Brand, drive sales targets, handle stock, and participate in store operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling
• Customer service oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Education: SPM or higher, Diploma or degree
• Required language: English

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray a professional, customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging
• Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on time
• Support and attend meetings or huddles in the absence of Store PIC/ASM/Store Manager
• Be competent as On Job Training Instructor (OJTI)
• Assist new team members with daily tasks and training matters

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Valiram Group, is a fashion-forward company with exclusive retail rights to operate stores for famous and emerging brand names such as Charles & Keith and Pedro. We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding family as part of a leading specialty retailer and brand builder. We currently have close to 50 stores in Malaysia and are continuously growing each year.

Key responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store
• Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores
• Ensure appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reports submission are delivered on time
• Support and attend any meeting or huddle in the absence of Store PIC, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager
• Be competent as On Job Training Instructor (OJTI)
• Assist new team members in daily job and task as well as any related training matters

About you

• Passion for selling
• Customer service oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays)
• Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Required language: English
