Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, part of the Valiram Group, is a fashion-forward retailer with exclusive rights to operate stores for well-known brands. We are expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our growing family in Malaysia.

We look for candidates who are passionate about selling, have experience in fashion/retail, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with shift work including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fashion/retail background preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand with a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure that monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

As a subsidiary of Valiram Group, Anaika Collections is a fashion-forward company with exclusive retail rights to operate stores for famous and emerging brand names such as Charles & Keith and Pedro. We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding family as part of a leading speciality retailer and brand builder. We currently have close to 50 stores in Malaysia and are continuously growing each year.

Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

About you

Passion for selling

Prior experience in managing team

Prior experience in fashion/retail industry is highly preferred

Customer service oriented

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends and Public Holidays)

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

Required language: English
