Job summary

Adastria Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate Advisor to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion retail environment in Malaysia. You will maintain store standards, assist in cashiering and stock replenishment, and share styling tips as a product expert.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, good English, and a customer-first mindset. The role offers a 5-day work week, weekend/public holiday shifts, and staff discounts with an international fashion

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder (Preferred) and above.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in relevant retail industry.
• Good proficiency in English; other languages communication is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Positive attitude, willing to take initiative and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• 5-day work week (Retail Hours, less than 45 hours per week).
