Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree (fashion-related background preferred).
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Comfortable with retail working hours and rotating shifts.
• Presentable and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized shopping experiences and hit monthly sales targets.
• Offer styling advice and product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell.
• Ensure POS accuracy, assist with opening/closing duties, stock handling.
• Maintain store presentation, update displays per campaigns, and report trends.
• Coach junior staff and participate in onboarding and training.

Attractive Earning Potential (Basic + Commission)

• Junior Retail Sales Advisor

  • OTE: RM2,800 – RM3,200+

• Acting Senior Retail Sales Advisor

  • OTE: RM3,200 – RM4,500+

• Senior Retail Sales Advisor

  • OTE: RM4,200 – RM6,000+ (Top performers can earn more)

OTE = On-Target Earnings (Basic Salary + Sales Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales

  • Provide a warm, personalized shopping experience to every customer.

  • Achieve monthly personal sales targets.

  • Offer styling advice and product knowledge to encourage upselling and cross-selling.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Store Operations

  • Ensure accurate use of POS systems and proper handling of payments.

  • Support daily opening and closing duties.

  • Participate in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory control.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of selling floor and stock areas.

• Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines.

  • Update displays and mannequins regularly to reflect new arrivals and campaigns.

  • Monitor and report fast-moving and slow-moving items.

• Leadership & Mentoring

  • Guide and support junior team members in meeting store standards.

  • Demonstrate excellent attendance, grooming, and customer service habits.

  • Assist the store coordinator in onboarding and training new staff.

• Reporting & Feedback

  • Share customer feedback, product requests, and market trends with management.

  • Identify issues and propose improvements to enhance store performance.

Qualifications:

Working hours:

• Shift A: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Shift B: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• Full shift*: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Break time: 1 hour (full shift includes an additional 30 minutes)

*Full shift is conditional and not mandatory, subject to store operational needs and staff preference.
