Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking entry-level Retail Staff to assist customers, explain products, and maintain store presentation in a dynamic Kuala Lumpur store. Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable products to customers.
• Replenish stocks and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor product quality, pricing, and shelf labels.
• Handle cashier transactions accurately, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging incoming stock deliveries.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support promotional activities and store campaigns.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Store Manager.
