Job summary

Yutopia Art Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive retail support assistant to help with daily store operations and great customer service. You will greet customers, maintain displays and restock shelves to ensure products are tidy and well-labelled.

The role includes assisting with in-store promotions and reporting stock levels, with a friendly, energetic attitude and strong communication in English. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management will be an added advantage.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication skills (English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
