Jora Malaysia seeks a passionate Retail Sales Assistant to be the face of our Maxis outlet. If you love tech, enjoy helping customers choose the best plans, and thrive in a fast-paced team, this is the role for you.

You will work at multiple outlets across the area, handling POS, inventory, and daily operations while delivering excellent service and building real-world sales skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; commission and bonuses are available.

• Retail or telco experience is a bonus, but not required.

If you love getting hands-on with the latest tech, explaining the best mobile plans, and helping customers find exactly what they need, this is the role for you. You won’t just be standing behind a counter—you’ll be a key player in a fast-paced, dynamic team, delivering top-notch service while building real-world skills in sales and retail operations.

• Starling Mall, Uptown PJ (Easy access via TTDI MRT & Kelana Jaya LRT with Shuttle Bus service)
• Bandar Mahkota Cheras (Close to MRT BTHO & local Bus Stops)

• The Mines Shopping Mall (Steps away from Serdang KTM)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the go-to expert for customers looking for the newest devices and Maxis plans.
• Driving sales and hitting targets with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Handling daily outlet operations smoothly, from the POS (Point of Sale) system to keeping track of inventory.
• Multitasking on the fly and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Developing and utilizing skills in Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to harness sales and followers
