Qualifications

• Education: minimum SPM and above.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; zero experience is acceptable.
• Retail or telco experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert for customers looking for the latest devices and Maxis plans.
• Drive sales and hit targets with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Handle daily outlet operations from the POS system to inventory management.
• Multitask to ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Develop and utilize skills in social media platforms to boost sales and followers.
