Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role requires Mandarin literacy and a friendly, customer-focused approach to promoting TCM products across multiple mall outlets in Malaysia.

No strict experience required; candidates with or without retail exposure are welcome to apply. Training provided, with opportunities to grow within a busy retail network.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a SPM certification or its equivalent.
• Mandarin literate is a must due to business communications needs as we are selling TCM products.
• With or without retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve customer courteously.
• Promoting products to customers.
• Distribute flyers and beverage testing.
• Packing products.
• Arrange and display product.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
• Stock inventory management (FIFO) and stock order.
