As a Server (Front of House) at Ducku Ramen, you’ll be the face of our brand and play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for every customer. You’ll greet guests with a warm smile, take orders accurately, serve food efficiently, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly, and memorable service.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service & Hospitality

Order Taking & POS Operations

• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Process cash, card, and e-wallet payments correctly.
• Ensure special requests and modifications are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
• Verify orders before serving to minimise errors.

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Monitor dining tables and provide attentive service throughout the customer’s visit.
• Clear used dishes and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
• Ensure takeaway and delivery orders are packed accurately according to company SOPs.

Dining Area Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, counters, and customer facilities.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Ensure utensils, condiments, and self-service stations are fully stocked and clean.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional grooming.

Stock & Operational Support

• Refill beverages, packaging materials, condiments, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organising front-of-house inventory when required.
• Report stock shortages, damaged items, or maintenance issues to the Outlet Manager.

Teamwork & Operational Excellence

• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Support teammates during busy service periods to maintain efficient operations.
• Follow company SOPs and contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
• Be flexible in assisting with other outlet duties whenever required.

Requirements

• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required—training will be provided.
• Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Possess (or be willing to obtain) a Typhoid Vaccination.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional grooming.
