Job summary

The role covers daily operations, safety, and cost control, with a focus on achieving sales targets. Based in Malaysia, the position involves overseeing cash handling, inventory levels, and effective communication between kitchen and service teams to ensure high standards

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Ability to train new employees on service standards and policies.
• Strong customer service focus and issue resolution skills.
• Experience in restaurant operations, including cash handling and reporting.
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
