Job summary

Vivo Pizza in Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts and cashiers, and to train new employees on service standards and company policies.

The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming dining environment, handling customer issues professionally, and supporting daily operations, hygiene standards, inventory, and cost controls to help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a link between kitchen staff and service team.
• Ensure timely food service and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.
