You will enforce efficiency during peak hours, manage cash handling, and guide a team of service crew and kitchen staff.

The role includes daily cash reconciliation, POS tallies, and weekly staff rostering to control labor costs, plus on-the-job training for new crew on food assembly and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage FOH and backend operations to ensure smooth table turnovers.
• Maintain strict quality control over food preparation, presentation, and delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Enforce peak-hour efficiency strategies with the management team.
• Oversee daily store cash collections and reconcile POS tallies.
• Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliations and audit safe drops.
• Assist in organizing weekly staff rosters to manage labor costs.
• Deliver on-the-job training for new crew on food assembly and hygiene.
