Job summary

The Cowboy Burgers in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, and assign duties while monitoring attendance and performance.

You will maintain food quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensure SOPs are followed, handle customer enquiries and feedback, manage stock and cash operations, and support sales targets with daily marketing content.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff and daily operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Experience with stock control and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate and monitor restaurant staff; assign duties and attendance.
• Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow company SOPs and food safety procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback; obtain daily reviews.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage and receiving supplies.
• Assist with cashier operations and daily closing.
• Support achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
• Create content and marketing daily for restaurant.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager / General Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
• Be hands-on and assist in cashier, serving, kitchen or other restaurant duties.
