Frozen Artisans Sdn Bhd is launching a new tea boutique in the Klang Valley and seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to drive guest experiences. This full-time role oversees front-of-house operations, leads the guest services team, and ensures service standards are consistently met across shifts.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence across our restaurant. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading our guest services team to consistently exceed customer expectations. This position is integral to our mission of providing outstanding hospitality and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.
Supervising and coordinating all front-of-house staff during service periods, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards
Welcoming and greeting guests, addressing enquiries and resolving any service-related issues promptly and professionally
Training, mentoring and coaching front-of-house team members on service protocols, menu knowledge and guest interaction techniques
Monitoring food and beverage service quality, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and in accordance with restaurant standards
Handling complaints and guest concerns with diplomacy and professionalism, implementing appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, host stand and front-of-house sections
Assisting with staff scheduling, performance management and attendance tracking
Liaising between the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient communication and service coordination
Contributing to the development and implementation of guest service initiatives and operational improvements
2-3 years' experience in a restaurant supervisor, lead server or senior guest services role within a hospitality establishment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building positive guest relationships
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Malay
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, dining etiquette and food and beverage service standards
Ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure during peak service periods
Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations
Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is advantageous
Certification in food hygiene or hospitality service is preferred
