Job summary

Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales while ensuring top quality service. You will supervise beverage preparation, bartending, POS transactions, stock checks, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverages service.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards; bartending training provided.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments, and reconcile daily sales.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, and minimize pilferage and wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations compliance.
• Provide temporary retail coverage when the promoter is unavailable, including customer service and sales transactions.
• Work independently and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Oversee daily F&B operations, ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.

Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards. Bartending and pouring training will be provided.

Operate the POS system, handle payments, and perform daily sales reconciliation accurately.

Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, and minimize pilferage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Provide temporary retail coverage when the promoter is unavailable, including customer service and sales transactions.

Work independently and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
