Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH), ensure smooth service during peak hours, and monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness. You will lead, train, and motivate service staff.

You will manage staff schedules and attendance, handle discipline and performance issues, build teamwork, uphold high service standards, and report to Owner/Director.

Formación

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in F&B management is required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
• Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
• Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff
• Manage staff schedules and attendance
• Handle staff discipline and performance issues
• Build strong teamwork culture
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain high service standards
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor daily sales and report performance
• Control food cost & wastage
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Ensure compliance with hygiene & safety standards
• Follow all restaurant SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness at all times
• Report directly to Owner / Director
• Provide daily & weekly reports
• Suggest improvements for operations
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in F&B management
