Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in planning, coordinating and managing staff and service.
• Lead Supervisors, Barista, Bartender and Waiter teams.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and staff development.
• Monitor cashiering processes and minimize wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food/wine stock levels.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manage HR tasks including hiring, training, and performance feedback.
