Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Supervisor/Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a Malaysian restaurant outlet. You will manage shifts, coordinate FOH and BOH teams, and ensure service is smooth and guest-focused.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a supervisory role in fast-paced dining and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication, with flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in supervisory or team lead role in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe.
• Experience in Asian or Malaysian cuisine is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager-on-duty, oversee shift operations and decisions.
• Coordinate FOH and BOH/kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and seating capacity.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table turnover to maximise seating.
• Train and coach FOH staff on product knowledge and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
