Responsibilities

• Take charge of the outlet's overall operations and performance.
• Lead daily operations and coordinate closely with the head chef.
• Manage staffing, rosters, training and team performance.
• Monitor sales, operating costs, purchasing and stock.
• Develop customer relationships, local partnerships and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain service and hygiene standards.
• Report results and improvement plans to management.
