SKYLINE CATERING SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated service professional to ensure guests’ needs and expectations are met by delivering efficient and professional service.

The role requires leading by example with exemplary professionalism, attending to guests’ needs and complaints promptly, and resolving potential service failures.

You will supervise food and beverage service, direct subordinates, participate in briefings, and ensure daily SOP and SOC adherence in the best interests of the company.
