Chicago Chicken City SDN BHD is seeking an outlet manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and manage costs in Kuantan. You will lead and train the outlet team, ensuring halal, hygiene and food safety compliance.

The role requires 3 years in F&B/QSR with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and an SPM or Diploma. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.
• Experience in F&B/QSR with at least 3 years, plus 1 year in a managerial role.
• SPM or Diploma required.
