About you

Ability to manage stock levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions

Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, health inspections, and food safety protocols

Oversee upkeep of kitchen and dining equipment to prevent disruptions

Collaborate with chefs to design menus based on trends, costs, and customer preferences

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure quality ingredients at competitive prices

Track food costs and adjust portion sizes/pricing to meet profit goals

Oversee POS systems, reservation platforms, and online ordering tools

Can converse well in Bahasa Melayu, English or Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers
