Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple restaurant outlets or similar hospitality operations.
• Ability to supervise and develop restaurant managers and staff.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, KPIs, and cost control in a multi-unit setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all assigned restaurant outlets.
• Lead and support Restaurant Managers to achieve outlet goals.
• Monitor performance, compliance, and customer experience across outlets.
• Drive sales growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Analyze P&L, labor and food costs, and other KPIs; implement action plans.
