Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Training Coordinator to oversee frontline training applications, clarify contract requirements, and ensure alignment with frontline needs.

You will manage the trainer resource pool, track capacity, and monitor delivery progress to flag risks early, maintaining high quality and output. Proficiency in ISDP and MS Office is expected, with English essential and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Minimum two years experience as a project/training coordinator or personal assistant.
• Strong organizing and communication skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline training applications and clarify training contract requirements.
• Ensure arrangements match frontline requirements and expectations.
• Manage trainer resource pool, track resources and capacity.
• Monitor training delivery progress and warn of risks promptly.
• Ensure quality and quantity of resources meet requirements.

Handle frontline training application, clarify the requirements of training contract and ensure the arrangement is match with frontline requirement.

Manage the trainer resource pool, tracking resources and production capacity.

Ensure the training delivery progress is implemented smoothly and warn of risks in a timely manner, ensuring that the quality and quantity of resources meet requirements.

Identify the high-risk training, so that trainercan manage effectively and assuring the training delivery quality.

Responsible to managing the risks during training with frontline.

Be master in ISDP system

Responsible on monthly training load report

Responsible on paperwork and filing

Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above


• Minimum two-year experience as project/training coordinator/ Personal assistant

Required knowledge and skills:

• Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills


• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment


• Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin communication is an advantage


• Familiar with Microsoft Office's Excel, words, and power point
