We are seeking an experienced Project Management Trainer to deliver high-impact training, provide expert consultancy services, and drive our training and development initiatives forward. In this dynamic role, you will not only facilitate classes but also design curriculum, act as a technical expert in client meetings, and help shape our expanding portfolio of specialized project management courses.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Management Trainer who can design, customize, and deliver impactful training programs that meet diverse client needs.
Deliver high-quality, engaging training on various project management courses utilizing adult experiential learning techniques.
Lead the end-to-end preparation of training materials: conduct thorough subject‑matter research, design comprehensive lesson plans, and regularly revise content to align with current industry standards.
Customize and adapt training materials to meet specific client needs, industry requirements, and various delivery formats (including in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning environments).
Continuously improve training delivery based on participant feedback, post‑training evaluations, and evolving best practices.
Provide expert project management consultancy services to corporate clients to address their specific organizational challenges.
Act as a key technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in strategic client meetings to support business development efforts.
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and expert‑led consultations that build trust, showcase the value of our training, and assist in converting leads.
Actively participate in strategic meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure our training programs perfectly align with market and client needs.
Education: Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years actively managing projects and delivering corporate training.
Certifications: Relevant credentials required (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master). HRD Corp Trainer accreditation is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong, practical understanding of modern Project Management principles, frameworks, and tools. Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Deep knowledge of adult learning theories.
Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and eventually conduct newly introduced specialized courses (such as Green Project Management / GPM-b).
