Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) invites applications for a Resort Operation Executive to oversee daily resort operations at Sementra Nature Resort in Gopeng, Perak. The role involves coordinating front office, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in hotel/resort operations, and knowledge of booking systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in hotel or resort operations (supervisory experience preferred).
• Must have knowledge in handling IDB / booking system.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and kitchen.
• Monitor guest services, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain hospitality standards.
• Assist in operational planning, staff scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
