Job summary

Genting Malaysia Bhd is seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead the overall operations of a high-end hotel in Kedah. The role requires directing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and guest-facing services to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations across all touchpoints.

You will drive financial performance, manage budgets, forecast demand, and monitor KPIs while maintaining safety, hygiene and service standards in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for day-to-day hotel operations.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering/Maintenance and guest-facing operations.
• Drive financial performance with budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Champion a customer-centric culture and monitor guest feedback and service recovery.
• Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse hotel team across departments.
• Ensure compliance, safety, security and hygiene; manage risk and business continuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align hotel operations with corporate objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adopt hotel technology to enhance guest experience.
