Job summary
Innovative Machines Sdn Bhd (IMSB) is a green energy company delivering turnkey solar PV solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We design, engineer, procure, install, and commission off-grid and on-grid systems, with EV chargers and energy storage options.
The Solar Consultant (Residential) role is on-site in Subang Jaya, focusing on understanding customers' energy needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and guiding clients through installation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of solar industry and residential PV solutions.
- Leads conversion: prospecting, qualifying, nurturing residential leads.
- Strong communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Customer service: responsiveness, problem-solving, long-term relationships.
- Engineering/renewable energy qualifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience in solar sales or energy consulting is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya and travel to sites.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems; valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and proposals for residential solar PV solutions.
- Conduct site visits and energy assessments with clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical/installation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up.
- Assist in improving sales processes and IMSB market presence.
