Responsibilities

Oversee the general welfare of hostel residents and address student concerns.
Ensure safety and security through established protocols and fire safety measures.
Enforce hostel rules and manage behavior, resolving conflicts among residents.
Assist in allocating rooms and maintaining occupancy records.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of common areas and dorm rooms.
Provide counseling and refer students to university support services as needed.
Maintain open communication with students and university administration and prepare periodic reports.
