Job summary

Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Reservations Agent to support the efficient running of the reservations function in line with the hotel’s standards and business objectives, handling room reservation enquiries, processing bookings and maintaining reservation records with courteous service.

The role works closely with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams to support availability, maximise revenue opportunities and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar guest service role within the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel reservation systems, particularly Opera, would be an advantage.
