Hilton in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Restaurant Reservations Agent to convert enquiries into bookings, helping maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction. You will build relationships with guests and internal teams, including the F&B team, while supporting reservations operations and local hospitality offerings.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with hotel systems such as OnQ and Delphi; English proficiency is advantageous for translation tasks.
