Job summary

Borneo Beach Villas is seeking a Reservations & Host Specialist to support host and reservations operations across OTA channels and Airbnb hosting tools. You will manage listings, guest communications, and coordination with teams to optimize occupancy and pricing while maintaining accurate records in the PMS and ordering systems.

The role requires 2–5 years in hospitality, strong English skills, Mandarin as a plus, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in hospitality, front office, reservations or Airbnb management.
• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) and Airbnb hosting tools.
• SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma holders with relevant hospitality experience encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Guest Centrix PMS and Smart Order system.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to support our Host and reservations operations. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs), Airbnb property hosting, and hospitality systems.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, front office operations, reservations, or Airbnb property management

Hands-on experience working with OTA platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) and Airbnb hosting tools

Education:

SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with relevant hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant working experience are preferred.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently

Proficient in Guest Centrix PMS and Smart Order system
