Job summary

Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking a frontline reservations professional to handle inquiries with the highest standard of service. You will manage guest requests, maintain accurate information, and stay informed about hotel facilities and activities to assist guests effectively.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong English language skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handling reservations inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service
• Efficiently and promptly establishing the correspondence service to guest inquiries.
• Ensure that the guests’ information is accurately processed on a timely manner.
• Full knowledge of the hotel facilities and activities.
• Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and able to resolve guest complaints and to establish an amicable relation with clients and customers of the hotel.
