Job summary

Novotel Kuala Lumpur City is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, welcome guests, resolve requests, and uphold service standards. You will manage a 24-member team and ensure smooth shift execution with support from the Front Office Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in front office roles or supervisory experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with Opera PMS system or similar.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Office or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations and standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operations and guest reception.
• Coordinate staff schedules and conduct training and performance reviews.
• Assist with interviews with HR and support administrative tasks.
