Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown is seeking a reservations specialist to handle guest inquiries, booking requests, and reservation modifications while ensuring a smooth experience and contributing to guest satisfaction.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management and at least 2-3 years in hotel reservations, including supervisory exposure, with strong communication and leadership abilities, and knowledge of Opera PMS or similar systems.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
