Job summary

Avient Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Support professional to work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with 1–2 years in relevant roles and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP). A Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; candidate with relevant experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or Logistics Coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial industries is a plus.
• Experience handling SST and Malaysia e-Invoicing processes preferred.
• Experience managing courier services, shipping documents, and logistics coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Assist in order processing, shipping documentation, and timely deliveries.
• Support customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
