Job summary

TP in Malaysia seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage courier and logistics operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and smooth cross-border shipments. You will liaise with external providers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep data aligned.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher, has strong Excel and data-handling skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple courier and logistics service providers
• Reconcile courier bills and verify charges against internal records
• Follow up on discrepancies, billing issues and payment matters
• Ensure courier/service payments are processed accurately and on time
• Work with high-volume logistics data and transactions
• Support logistics backend processes including oversize shipments, measurements, relabelling, barcodes and cross-border deliveries
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
