Job description

This role involves end-to-end operation execution for international import/export shipments, tracking freight status and warehouse dispatching in real time. You will prepare, review, and process shipping documents to ensure compliance and smooth clearance, maintain daily communication with shipping lines, air carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams, and promptly identify and handle operational issues with viable solutions.

Key responsibilities

Track international import/export shipments, freight status, and warehouse dispatching in real time

Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Customs Declarations) to ensure compliance and smooth clearance

Maintain daily communication with shipping lines, air carriers, customs brokers, trucking fleets, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient execution

Promptly identify, handle, and elevate operational issues (shipping delays, customs holds, damaged cargo, weight discrepancies) and provide viable solutions

Accurately update logistics systems (TMS/ERP) and audit operational cost invoices, demurrage/detention fees, and carrier bills

About you

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related disciplines (fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered)

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Knowledge of Malay or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage for local communication

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP / WMS / TMS logistics management systems

Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance, and excellent communication skills
